About Industry Night
It's can be difficult for theater folks to see work from other theater folks because shows tend to overlap. That's why we've decided to have Industry Night on a Monday, which is typically a dark day for those in the theater community.
About the show:
The year is 2006. Seventeen-year-old Filipina American writer Frankie Robles dreams of escaping San Diego for somewhere less “vanilla." Over the course of 10 years, she begins to reexamine her relationship with her hometown through the eyes of her family, friends, and lovers.
This play contains some mild language, LGTBQIA+ stories, and intergenerational conflict.
Trigger warnings: Reference to domestic abuse, suicide.
